The new two-level facility at Dubai South will manage inventory, online orders, and boutique restocking across the Middle East while supporting Dior’s UAE e-commerce operations.

Dior has opened a new 7,200-square-metre regional distribution centre in Dubai South, creating a dedicated logistics base for its Middle East operations.

The two-level facility at the EZDubai Logistics Hub will manage inventory, fulfil online orders and support the restocking of Dior boutiques across the region.

The centre will also support Dior’s UAE e-commerce operations, allowing the fashion house to keep inventory closer to customers and respond more quickly to changes in demand.

Stock Moves Closer to Regional Markets

Dior’s new distribution centre is designed to improve how products move between its regional inventory and boutique network.

By positioning stock closer to Middle Eastern markets, the company aims to shorten replenishment times and improve product availability across its stores.

The facility will give Dior’s supply chain teams greater control over inventory management and the movement of products from the distribution centre to boutiques.

Nabil Alkindi, Group CEO of Dubai South, said the centre reflects the continued interest of international companies in using Dubai as a base for regional operations.

He added that Dubai South provides companies with infrastructure to manage supply chains, connect with key markets and support future expansion.

Supporting Dior’s UAE E-Commerce Business

The new centre will serve both Dior’s physical retail network and its online business in the UAE.

Its location within EZDubai provides access to Jebel Ali Port through a bonded logistics corridor and is also close to Al Maktoum International Airport.

This gives Dior access to air, sea, and road transport connections from the same logistics district.

EZDubai is designed to support businesses across logistics, retail and e-commerce, making the hub a strategic location for regional distribution operations.

Electric Vehicles for UAE Deliveries

Dior is also introducing electric vehicles for last-mile deliveries in the UAE as part of its efforts to reduce the environmental impact of its logistics operations.

The distribution centre has received LEED Gold certification, reflecting its focus on sustainability and resource efficiency.

The company’s logistics measures include optimising transport flows, reducing single-use plastic in packaging and increasing the use of sea freight where practical.

The move toward electric delivery vehicles adds another element to Dior’s efforts to reduce emissions from its UAE logistics network.

Dubai Strengthens Its Role as a Regional Logistics Hub

The opening of Dior’s distribution centre adds another global luxury brand to Dubai’s growing logistics and e-commerce ecosystem.

For Dior, the facility provides a central point from which inventory can be managed across Middle Eastern markets while supporting both boutiques and online customers in the UAE.

With access to major sea, air and road connections, the new centre is positioned to help the fashion house move products through the region more efficiently while supporting its expanding e-commerce operations.
