The partnership strengthens ties between Saudi Arabia and the UAE while supporting innovation in digital real estate and property technology.

The one-year agreement makes Mabeet Real Estate the official Saudi real estate sponsor of the WeValue platform, strengthening digital property marketing between Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Saudi Arabia’s Mabeet Real Estate has signed a one-year sponsorship agreement with WeValue Real Estate Valuation Services, becoming the Official Saudi Real Estate Sponsor of the UAE-based property platform.

The agreement, signed in Dubai, marks one of the first partnerships of its kind between a Saudi property developer and an Emirati digital real estate platform, reflecting growing collaboration between the two countries’ property sectors.

One-Year Digital Sponsorship Agreement

Under the agreement, Mabeet Real Estate will receive integrated advertising across the WeValue ecosystem.

The sponsorship includes in-app advertising, branded content, interactive video placements, and promotion through the company’s outdoor digital display network operated under the Media Blends platform.

Mabeet will also receive exclusive sponsorship rights within the Saudi real estate development category throughout the duration of the agreement.

Expanding Saudi Property Investment

Licensed by Saudi Arabia’s Real Estate General Authority, Mabeet Real Estate develops luxury residential communities across several of Jeddah’s premium neighbourhoods.

The partnership is designed to introduce the company’s flagship developments to investors and property buyers using the WeValue platform across the UAE.

Both companies said the collaboration aims to strengthen cross-border investment by making Saudi property opportunities more accessible to investors based in Dubai and the wider Emirates.

Supporting Saudi Vision 2030

The expansion comes amid broader reforms introduced under Saudi Vision 2030, which has identified real estate as a strategic sector for economic diversification.

The programme includes ambitions to increase home ownership to 70%, modernise property regulations, and accelerate digital transformation across the real estate industry.

Industry observers say these reforms have encouraged Saudi developers to pursue regional expansion while adopting digital marketing channels to reach international investors.

WeValue Strengthens Regional Presence

WeValue, licensed by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism, provides property valuation, comparison, and market analysis tools for buyers, investors, and tenants across the UAE.

The platform uses technology and market data to help users make informed real estate decisions.

As part of its regional expansion strategy, WeValue has also appointed actress, media personality, and social media influencer Dareen Haddad as its official brand ambassador to increase platform awareness across Gulf markets.

Executives Highlight Growing Gulf Cooperation

Mohamed Ahmed Fouad Amin, Founder of WeValue, said the agreement reflects the growing integration of Gulf real estate markets.

He noted that the partnership could pave the way for additional collaborations between developers, investors, and technology platforms throughout the region.

Musab Habibullah Al-Turkistani, Chief Executive Officer of Mabeet Real Estate, described the UAE as the company’s first step in its regional expansion strategy.

He said the partnership provides direct access to investors in Dubai through a specialised digital platform while supporting Saudi Arabia’s broader vision of creating a more connected and internationally competitive real estate sector.

Founder Announces New Investment Book

Alongside the partnership announcement, Mohamed Ahmed Fouad Amin revealed the publication of his latest book, “Mohamed Al Amin: The Empire Builder. An Investment Perspective on His Rise from Real Estate to Media.”

The book examines the career of Egyptian businessman Mohamed Al Amin, founder of the CBC television network, analysing how he expanded from property investment into the media industry.

Rather than serving as a traditional biography, the publication explores investment strategy, capital allocation, business expansion, and diversification across different sectors.

Digital Platforms Driving Regional Growth

As investment activity between Saudi Arabia and the UAE continues to grow, digital real estate platforms are expected to play an increasingly important role in connecting developers with regional and international investors.

The partnership between Mabeet Real Estate and WeValue reflects the broader shift toward technology-driven property marketing, greater regional collaboration, and increased cross-border investment opportunities across the Gulf.
