The airline is expanding its network with new London Gatwick flights and the return of daily Aleppo services.

Air Arabia has expanded its international network with the launch of direct flights between Sharjah International Airport and London Gatwick Airport. At the same time, the airline has resumed daily scheduled services to Aleppo, Syria, further strengthening its connectivity across Europe and the Middle East.

The twin expansion marks another milestone in the airline’s strategy to provide affordable travel options while growing its global route network.

Direct Sharjah–London Gatwick Flights Begin

Air Arabia officially launched its Sharjah–London Gatwick route on July 4, operating two non-stop flights daily using the Airbus A321LR.

The new service establishes a direct low-cost connection between the UAE and the United Kingdom, catering to leisure travellers, business passengers, and the large expatriate community travelling between the two countries.

According to the airline’s schedule, the outbound flight departs Sharjah at 1:45 PM and arrives at London Gatwick at 6:35 PM local time. The return flight leaves London at 7:35 PM and arrives in Sharjah at 5:50 AM the following day.

Daily Flights to Aleppo Resume

Alongside its European expansion, Air Arabia has resumed daily flights between Sharjah and Aleppo, restoring an important regional air link.

The Sharjah flight departs at 8:00 AM (UAE time), while the return service leaves Aleppo at 11:35 AM.

The resumption of this route is expected to improve travel connectivity between the UAE and Syria, offering passengers more convenient and reliable travel options after years of limited operations.

Expanding Operations in Syria

The Aleppo service complements Air Arabia’s existing operations in Syria.

The airline currently operates 21 weekly flights between Sharjah and Damascus, making it one of the region’s most active carriers serving the Syrian market.

Air Arabia has also announced the launch of three weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and Aleppo, beginning July 7, further expanding its network within the country.

The additional services reflect the airline’s continued investment in regional connectivity as travel demand gradually recovers.

Air Arabia’s Growing Global Network

With the launch of London Gatwick flights and the return of Aleppo services, Air Arabia continues to strengthen its international footprint.

The airline now serves more than 76 destinations across approximately 34 countries through its operating hubs in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah.

Its expanding network reflects a long-term strategy of connecting major international cities and regional destinations through affordable, direct air services.

Strengthening International Connectivity

The addition of London Gatwick provides Air Arabia with a stronger presence in the European market, while the resumption of Aleppo flights reinforces its commitment to rebuilding regional air links.

Together, these new services enhance travel options for passengers, support business and tourism, and further establish Air Arabia as one of the Middle East’s leading low-cost carriers with an expanding international network.
