Khalaf Al Habtoor offers 70% coverage on 88 apartments in Al Habtoor Tower for new families.

Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor has launched a major housing initiative to support young Emiratis preparing for marriage, allocating 88 residential apartments in Al Habtoor Tower to help new families secure their first homes.

Through the Khalaf Al Habtoor marriage housing initiative, he is offering one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments specifically designed to give newly married couples a stable foundation as they begin their lives together.

Covers 70% of Property Value

Under the programme, Al Habtoor will personally cover approximately 70 percent of the value of each apartment. In turn, beneficiaries will pay the remaining 30 percent through a flexible instalment plan spread over up to five years, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

As a result, young couples can move into quality housing without carrying the full financial burden at the start of their married life. The total value of the initiative exceeds Dh270 million, making it one of the largest private-sector housing contributions targeted at newlyweds in the UAE.

Aligning With National Family Priorities

Importantly, this initiative comes at a time when the UAE is strengthening its focus on family stability. During the World Government Summit, the Ministry of Family launched the “Family First” programme to make public and urban spaces more supportive of families.

At the same time, federal and local authorities have implemented more than 60 family-related policies across over 20 government entities. These measures address housing, healthcare, education, employment, and social support.

Against this backdrop, Al Habtoor’s housing initiative reinforces national efforts by directly easing one of the biggest pressures facing young couples: the cost of securing a first home. By reducing that burden, he not only supports individual families but also contributes to long-term social stability and community growth within the UAE.
