The UAE auto market saw a steady run of high-profile launches this summer. Carmakers introduced everything from hybrid supercars and bespoke luxury sedans to updated commercial vehicles and family-focused SUVs.

Here is a clear look at the most notable automotive reveals across the country.

Lamborghini introduces its new hybrid supercar

Lamborghini rolled out the Temerario, its latest hybrid supercar, during track testing at the Dubai Autodrome. The model replaces the Huracán and becomes Lamborghini’s new entry point into the supercar range.

The Temerario maintains the brand’s low, aggressive stance. Slim headlights, large side intakes, and quad exhausts mounted high define the design.

Under the body, Lamborghini pairs a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 with an electric motor. Together, they produce 920 PS. The petrol engine alone delivers 800 PS and revs up to 10,000 rpm.

Performance remains central to the package. The Temerario sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.7 seconds and reaches 343 km/h. On track, braking and corner control stand out, especially with the optional Alleggerita package, which cuts weight and increases downforce.

Rolls-Royce marks 100 years of the Phantom

Meanwhile, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Abu Dhabi marked a milestone. The brand unveiled the Phantom Centenary Private Collection, celebrating 100 years of the Phantom nameplate.

Rolls-Royce displayed Phantom models from the first generation to the current Phantom VIII, tracing a century of design evolution. The centenary cars alone required more than 40,000 hours of bespoke craftsmanship.

Details took centre stage. Rear seats feature fabric stitched with 160,000 individual stitches. The woodwork is the most complex ever used in a Phantom. Designers also introduced new techniques, including layered inks and 3D marquetry.

For the first time, Rolls-Royce created a bespoke Spirit of Ecstasy from solid 18-carat gold, finished with 24-carat gold plating. The brand also showcased select “Future Classics,” underlining its focus on personalisation.

HINO returns with an updated light-duty truck

On the commercial side, Al-Futtaim Motors reintroduced the HINO 300 Series, now upgraded with Euro 5 engine technology.

The new models improve fuel efficiency and emissions while keeping the reliability that made the earlier Euro 4 versions popular. Businesses across logistics, retail, construction, aviation support, and last-mile delivery continue to rely on the range.

Al-Futtaim highlighted after-sales support as a key selling point, stressing uptime and long-term fleet value. The launch event brought together around 200 industry guests.

JAC expands its UAE lineup with three new models

At Hilton Habtoor City, Al Habtoor Motors unveiled three new JAC vehicles aimed at different buyer segments.

The JS6 PRO targets families seeking technology and comfort. It uses a 1.5-litre turbo engine producing 181 hp, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Features include a 540-degree camera system and remote start.

The T8 Pro focuses on fleet and commercial users. It comes in 4×2 and 4×4 versions, offers 210 mm ground clearance, and delivers 380 Nm of torque for heavy-duty use.

Rounding out the launch, the RF8 luxury MPV meets Euro VI B standards and produces 249 hp. It includes Level 2 driver assistance, premium seating with massage functions, and up to 2,500 litres of cargo space.

A market moving in multiple directions

Together, these launches show how the UAE auto market continues to balance performance, luxury, efficiency, and practicality. Carmakers are no longer chasing a single trend. Instead, they are meeting demand across very different buyer needs, all at the same time.
